When we founded the business in 2004 we had a number of objectives in mind;
Firstly, we wanted to create a Search firm that used the client need as the driving force determining the approach for any individual hire. We genuinely believe that in today's complex recruitment market, best of breed recruiters need to utilise a range of differing techniques to execute client mandates successfully and that should be driven solely by the client mandate itself.
Secondly, we wanted to position ourselves in what we call the mezzanine layer. For us, this starts where contingency recruiters begin to struggle to add value and ends just below the line of pure board level search. In essence, the level where contingency recruiters cannot and traditional executive search firms do not service clients effectively.
And finally, we wanted to create a stimulating and supportive environment for the strongest recruitment professionals in the industry to develop healthy and profitable long term relationships with our clients.
