At the start of any search process our initial focus is to identify the possible candidate populations (and not just the obvious ones). From there, we structure an approach to access those populations in the most effective manner, drawing on a range of techniques from traditional headhunting and search through to advertised selection.

For us, the techniques we adopt are just a means to an end. Rest assured, if we can fulfil the brief from our natural networks, without structuring a formal search, then we will.
